I Have Experience.  Since 2002 I have served various communities of Loudoun County, Virginia.  My sales volume for 2009 was 6.5M across 25 transactions, for  2010  - 6M  across 23 transactions, and for 2011 I have 7.2M projected to close across 30+ transactions….in a “down” market!
